House Notes: Questions
- Guesthouse Coffee Bar

I struggled to find a topic to write about this week.
So rather than just putting down some random thoughts to check the newsletter box for the week, here are the questions that are in my head right now about the Guesthouse:
What’s something no other coffee business is doing right now that I could?
How can I create a space where people will want to gather and connect consistently without having a brick and mortar location?
How can I make my coffee bags more attractive?
How can I make my pop-up experience unforgettable?
What marketing strategies will bring in the most revenue right now?
What social media content will help me grow my audience?
How should I price my events?
How often can I run events without burning myself out?
Which businesses should I target to maximize my event value?
Should I stop running events and just sell coffee?
Should I only run events?
Is the Guesthouse actually an event company?
Where do I want the business to be in 1 year? 5 years? 20 years?
How can I turn first-time customers into loyal supporters?
What partnerships can help me grow my business in Denver? In Colorado? In the US?
Should I hire help with marketing and business strategy?
What would a successful business actually look and feel like for me?
What should the Guesthouse brand stand for?
How can Guesthouse have a bigger impact on my community beyond great coffee?
How can the Guesthouse change lives?
Good fun.
Stay Positive,
Ian
P.S. Spent the last few days in Mexico City. Cafes are a different level there.
